Tony's aunt, Janet just passed away mysteriously a few nights ago! God rest, Janet, because we will miss your kind and wonderful person!

Update On A Previous Blog/Vlog

Hello All:

Here is an update on that last blog that I posted about Cheddar's in Florence, Kentucky.  I have already posted this below video in my restaurant, food, drink and other eating related blog section tonight, but I just figured that I would share this below update here as well, (since I have already posted the first video below here!!)


This below video here is about what happened this past Monday, (May 24, 2010); when the manager of the restaurant called my house to talk with me about what had happened on Saturday, (May 22, 2010.)  I just thought that the turn of events on May 24, 2010 were pretty interesting and funny here.

BAD Restaurant Review Mentioned In The LAST Blog

Hello All:

Here is that vlog that I mentioned in the blog below that I sent from my cell phone. Incidentally, (and I don't mention this in the video here in this blog), I was still sitting in the restaurant when I texted in that below message about the restaurant's service being, well, in a word -- shit. There is absolutely, postively no excuse for the waiter's behavior in either my husband, Tony's mind or my mind at all. Granted, I realize (as does Tony) that the waiter was dealing with a packed restaurant, but that still doesn't excuse the guy from acting like a shit towards me and basically ignoring Tony all together when it came to the drink order.

As I mention in the video below here, I did go online to the restaurant's main "Corporate" web page and I ratted them out to the corporate people. I really do hope that somebody up in the restaurant's corporate level calls me back at the phone number that I provided them, (because I did provide my actual name and contact number to them) and I (along with Tony) will rip whomever has the well, "Misfortune" of calling me (or more accurately us) here.

On a related note, (and I didn't say this in the below video either here), I am going to mention to whomever calls, (assuming that I actually talk to them on the phone here) that I have a you tube and this blogger page and I have already let the "Cat out of the bag" and posted information on this restaurant in a restaurant review. I am also going to let the person know (if they actually call and I talk to them directly here) that I am not going to reconsider my position on the restaurant in question here, even if they gave me free food there, because I am 99% sure that I would still probably end up with crappy service from that waiter.

Granted, I know first hand that working in a restaurant is hard, because I worked in McDonald's as my first job, so I am not being totally malicious here. I did cut the guy some level of slack here because of my working in a restaurant history here, just for the record, but where the guy was a outright shit towards both Tony and myself, that ended up costing the waiter pretty much a good tip in the end, (because I will tip good, if the server does a good job!! I tip based on attentiveness and attitude, which the guy was extremely inattentive and he had what I considered to be a piss poor attitude towards both Tony and myself here!!)

Strange, Silly & Stupid From the 8-5-9

Hello All:

Here is a play list of stories that Tony and I have made up that are strange, stupid and silly from the 8-5-9, (the area code for where Tony and I currently live right now.)  I have been meaning to post this below play list here for about a month now, because some of the stuff that is on this play is absolutely true, (no joke!!)

With this play list, I have an introduction that I personally shot, then it goes in to a video that Tony has shot, then it goes back to me telling some tales here.  Fair warning though, folks  --  in one of the videos, I say "Retard" and it is not me bashing mentally challenged people here  --  it is more like me saying that the behavior being described in the video was retarded, so don't go crying that I dislike mentally challenged people here, (I also mention this same information in one of the videos as well here!!)

CINCINNATI --
A Westwood man told police Monday afternoon that someone had robbed him at gunpoint and stolen his bag of marijuana.

Police said 35-year-old Jason Owens flagged down an officer and said he'd been robbed by a gunman around 4 p.m. in the 1400 block of Vine Street, in Over-The-Rhine.

When police asked Owens what the gunman stole, he told them the robber took a bag of pot valued at $80.
Jason OwensOfficers arrested 18-year-old Dorvas Dodds and charged him with aggravated robbery.

Police did not say whether they recovered the stolen marijuana.

Authorities charged Owens with drug possession on Tuesday afternoon, despite an earlier claim that he would not likely face charges due to Fifth Amendment issues.

Investigators said Owens had four open warrants, including two for drug possession, so they took him into custody.

HAMILTON, Ohio -- Authorities said a man accused of strangling his girlfriend also killed a man who was present at her slaying.



Calvin McKeltonCalvin "C-Murder" McKelton was arrested last week in Avondale on murder and other charges.
Federal investigators said the 32-year-old McKelton killed attorney Margaret "Missy" Allen in July 2008 and dumped her body in a wooded area near Schmidt Field in East End.

An indictment filed Feb. 12 in Butler County said McKelton killed the 37-year-old Allen at the Fairfield home they shared, and prosecutors said he also robbed her and set fire to their home.

Investigators said McKelton then fatally shot 27-year-old Germaine Evans, whose body was found in March 2009 near the entrance to Mount Auburn's Inwood Park, to prevent him from testifying in that case.

"He knew something, and the next thing you know, what happens is aggravated murder," said Butler County Prosecutor Robin Piper. "He's shot in the back of the head, execution-style."

McKelton remains in police custody on one count each of murder, aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated arson, tampering with evidence, gross abuse of a corpse and intimidation of a witness, and two counts each of felonious assault and domestic violence.
He pleaded not guilty Tuesday to all the charges, and a judge ordered him held without bond.

Prosecutors said McKelton, who has a lengthy criminal history, was well-known by authorities in Cincinnati for having relationships with witnesses in criminal cases.

The witness intimidation charge is related to an incident following Evans' slaying, prosecutors said.

Investigators also said that reports that Allen was pregnant at the time of her death were not accurate.
